  1. The Golden Rules of Engraving

Before you begin, keep these technical specifications in mind to ensure your brick looks professional and is easy to read:

  • Standard Size (4×8″): Allows for 3 lines of text.
  • Larger Size (8×8″): Allows for 6 lines of text.
  • Character Count: Approximately 18–20 characters per line.
  • Important: Spaces, periods, commas, and dashes all count as characters.
  • THE VENDOR REQUIRES ALL CAPS for maximum legibility and a clean, timeless look.

Pro-Tip: If your message requires more room, you can upgrade to an 8×8″ brick, which doubles your space to 6 lines of text.

Guidelines: Up to 20 characters per line (including spaces and punctuation).

Note: All text will be automatically centered on the brick by the vendor.

This online order process will NOT display your inscription on a visual.
However, you will receive a Thank You and Confirmation from:

This confirmation email includes verification of your text characters (inscription names, dates, etc.) on Lines 1-3; or Lines 1-6 depending on your order.

You will have an opportunity to make changes prior to your order going to the vendor.
